Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when you may request a refund for purchases made on GTA AI.
Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- Your request is submitted within 3 days (72 hours) of the purchase time; and
- Fewer than 30 credits have been consumed on your account for that purchase period.
If either condition is not met, your purchase is generally non‑refundable except where required by law.
What happens to credits on refund
- If your refund is approved, any credits granted by the refunded order will be revoked or offset from your balance.
- If the order created a subscription, we will cancel the subscription associated with the refunded order.
How to request a refund
Email us at [email protected] with the following:
- Order number (and, if applicable, subscription ID)
- Account email address
- Approximate credits consumed
- Reason for the request
We may request additional information to verify your eligibility.
Method and timing of refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment provider (currently Creem).
- Processing time typically takes 5–10 business days, but may vary depending on your bank or payment institution.
Non‑eligible scenarios (examples)
- Requests made more than 3 days after purchase, or where 30 or more credits were consumed.
- Abuse or misuse of the Service, fraud, chargebacks, or violation of our Terms of Service.
- Prorated refunds for partially used subscription periods outside the eligibility above.
Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and become effective when published. Your continued use of GTA AI constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
