These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Grand Art AI at gtaai.app (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service Overview

Grand Art AI provides AI‑powered image transformation tools. Uploaded images are processed in short‑lived, isolated environments and deleted after the transformation completes. We do not use your content to train models.

AI Technology Disclosure

Our image transformation services are powered by advanced machine learning models, specifically FLUX.1 Kontext. This generative AI technology processes your input images to create stylized urban art outputs. By using the Service, you acknowledge that outputs are generated by AI and may vary in artistic interpretation. We do not claim ownership of the underlying AI weights or architectures.

Accounts

1. Registration: Certain features may require an account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
2. Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.
3. Notifications: Inform us promptly of unauthorized access or security issues.

User Content and License

• Ownership: You retain all rights to images and content you upload ("User Content") and to outputs generated for you.
• License to Us: You grant us a limited, non‑exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to process User Content solely to provide the Service to you.
• No Training Use: We do not use your User Content or outputs to train machine learning models.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or third‑party rights (including copyright, privacy, or publicity rights).
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
• NSFW & Content Safety: You are strictly prohibited from uploading, generating, or sharing any NSFW (Not Safe For Work), sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate content. Our systems may use automated filters to block such content. Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account and revocation of all credits without refund.
• Attempt to interfere with the Service’s security, integrity, or availability.
• Reverse engineer or bypass technical protections.
• Misuse the Service to build competing datasets or services without permission.

Pricing and Payments

• Prices, plans, and features may change with notice.
• Charges are billed to your selected payment method via our payment provider.
• We offer refunds within 3 days of purchase if fewer than 30 credits were consumed. See our Refund Policy for details.
• You are responsible for taxes and fees associated with your purchases.

Privacy

Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described there.

Availability and Modifications

We may add, change, or remove features; suspend or terminate the Service (or your access) if needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or misuse.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, and accuracy. You are responsible for your use of results and outputs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grand Art AI and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless Grand Art AI, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Disputes will be resolved in a competent court or via arbitration where required by law.

Changes to These Terms
