What payment methods do you accept?

We currently support Creem for checkout. Available options are shown at checkout.

How are my credits deducted for image or video generation?

Image generation deducts credits only after a successful result: Pro model typically uses 10 credits per image and Max uses 20 credits per image (adjustable by operations). Failed or timed‑out generations are not charged. Video generation is not yet available.

Do unused credits roll over to the next billing cycle?

Yes. Each credit bucket keeps its own expiry. On subscription renewals, new credits stack sequentially based on your latest expiry (about 30 days for monthly, 365 days for annual, plus a 24h buffer). Unused credits remain usable until their individual expiry dates.

Do you store my photos or use them to train AI?

No. We use a privacy‑first design: encrypted transfer, isolated short‑lived processing, and immediate deletion after completion. We do not use your content to train models and follow international privacy standards (e.g., GDPR/CCPA).

What if I need more credits?

You can purchase a higher‑tier plan. Upgrading in place is not supported at the moment; please buy the higher plan directly.

How to check my credit status?

Sign in and visit My Credits to view balance, expiry, and usage history.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. Prices are shown before tax; any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout by the payment provider.
